In-house & executive briefings

Our courses delivered inside your company, for your people: a ninety-minute board briefing on what the CRA and RED change for your business, and in-house sessions tailored to your products and processes, from awareness packages for every employee to hands-on labs for engineers.

Express your interest!

Every course in our catalogue exists as a ready-made package. This page is about the other way we deliver them: inside your company, on your products, for the roles you choose. Two formats cover most needs: a briefing for the people who decide, and in-house sessions for the people who build, ship and support the products.

Audience: executive committees and boards for the briefing. For in-house sessions, any role in the product lifecycle, from product owners and engineers to customer support and quality, and the whole workforce for awareness.

The executive briefing

Ninety minutes for your executive committee: what the Cyber Resilience Act and RED change for your business, the deadlines, your exposure, and the decisions only leadership can take, which risks to accept and what to fund first.

Delivered in the language of market access, revenue and risk, not technical controls. Your executives leave with a shared picture and a decision, and the briefing is often the first step of a portfolio assessment.

In-house sessions on your products

Any course of our catalogue, rebuilt around your products, your development process and your release gates: the exercises use your architecture, your documentation and your open questions rather than generic cases.

For product owners, the process: when a risk assessment happens, what it produces, what must be in place before a release. For engineers, the design and the evidence. For customer support and quality, how to recognise a vulnerability report and their part in the reporting obligations.

Awareness packages for your training platform

Ready-made awareness sessions, integrated into your existing learning platform, so that every employee learns the key challenges, the internal processes and the core requirements at their own pace, with no licence per seat.

One industrial group reached over 5,000 employees this way, at zero licensing cost.

Training paths per role

For organisations with several brands or sites, a training roadmap per role, from the awareness session to the specialist course, so that distributed teams reach the same level of proficiency without micro-management.

We design the path with your learning and product leadership, deliver the first sessions, and hand over the material your teams can run themselves.

How we work

How an in-house engagement runs

From the first call with the sponsor to the material your teams keep and run themselves.

  1. Scoping call

Thirty minutes with the sponsor: the audience, what the participants must be able to do afterwards, and the products or processes to build the exercises on.
  2. Tailoring

We adapt the course to your context, from a few slides to a full rebuild of the exercises, and agree the format: remote, on your premises or hybrid. Hands-on labs are delivered on your premises only.
  3. Delivery

From a ninety-minute briefing to two days, with our trainers accessible throughout. Every course ends with a live debrief.
  4. Follow-up

Certificates of training for the participants, an anonymous survey, and the material handed over where your teams will run it again.

Contact us with the audience and the outcome you have in mind, and we come back with a proposal within a few days.

Practical information

How our training runs

All our courses are open to anyone with an interest in cyber security. Every course starts with the generic context, so that everyone begins on the same footing, and combines theory, practice and real-life scenarios.

  1. Delivery formats

    Awareness sessions are delivered remotely.

Training courses are delivered remotely, on-site in your premises, or in a hybrid mode.

Hands-on courses are delivered on-site in your premises only.

  2. Quality assurance

Throughout the delivery our trainers remain accessible, and we are always happy to share our own experience in the field. Our objective is that every attendee gains something they can use in their daily activities.

We commit to the highest possible standard before, during and after the training. Each course ends with a live debrief with the participants, followed by an anonymous survey to collect their feedback afterwards.

  3. Certificate of training

For our training courses, every participant receives a certificate of training and a letter of completion, certifying that they followed the course and acquired knowledge they can use in their daily activities.
  4. Trainees and participants

Our training and awareness courses are designed to develop new knowledge and skills in cyber security and cyber resilience. We develop our material for a specific audience, based on their level of knowledge and experience.

Next step

Beyond the training

The course gives your teams the skills. If you also need the work done, our services cover the assessment, the documentation and the support for your products.
